Quick dissolveThe default, and the one measured off the reference cuts: a single cross-dissolve, 0.30s whatever the shot length. Fast enough that the cut still lands. Long crossfadeThe old look. A different transition each time — wipes, slices, circles — each dissolving over up to a second. Suits slow, single-pace videos. Small label captionsOne short uppercase line in a white box, off to one side, moved on each caption — the way a promo tags a feature. Instead of two lines of large copy across the lower half.
